Escape to the quiet countryside of Gascony for a restorative yoga in a peaceful sanctuary set across sixteen acres of rolling hills, woods, and wild meadows. Our time will revolve around plenty of yoga in beautiful, spacious studios, giving you the time and space to move, unwind, and reconnect. When you aren't on the mat, you can warm up in the sauna, relax with a book under the shade of the trees with stunning views of the French landscape, or wander the countryside.
We’ll take care of every meal with a private French chef cooking fresh, delicious dishes made from local, seasonal ingredients. To add a special touch of local flavor, we’ll also take a trip to nearby winery for a vineyard tour and tasting. Designed to be grounded, nourishing, and deeply relaxing, this retreat is all about enjoying good movement, great food, and the easy pace of rural France.

FAQ
What airport should I fly into?
The closest airport is Toulouse Blagnac airport. However, if you want to tack time in Paris onto your trip, you can fly into Paris and take a direct train 4.5 hour train ride Paris Gare Montparnasse Station to Toulouse Matabiau Station.
When do you suggest I buy tickets?
Sooner than later as airlines often raise prices closer to the date
When should I arrive?
I recommend arriving at least a day or two early and giving yourself time to adjust with the jet lag.
If the retreat center is in a remote location, how will I get there?
On the day of the retreat, you can either get private transport to the place or you can meet a driver at the airport or train station in Toulouse.
Where would I buy the mandatory travel insurance?
For travel insurance, my suggestions would be Allianz, World Trips, Travelex, World Nomad, or InsureMyTrip. You can compare and decide what policy is right for you. You may already have a policy available to you at no extra cost. Check your credit card, bank account, or other bundled services or memberships. If you feel that this coverage is sufficient for your needs, then you can simply show me proof of this.
What about all my other questions about our time together?

I’m the type of person that gets exhausted with a task as simple as trying to pick a place to eat for dinner, so it was such a relief to have all that planned for me. I liked having all the major decisions made for me already so i could focus on the experience and the culture. I'm an independent traveler who can plan like nobody's business, but it takes so. much. time. It's like having a part time job in addition to my real job and real life.
